Consulting project under the e-Taxes Program

Scope of work:

  • Development of corporate architecture in business, applications, data and technical infrastructure at the strategic and segment level using the ArchiMate® language
  • Development of intermediate architectures.
  • Creation of a strategy and transformation plan
  • Creation of management documentation at the level of implemented projects
  • Creation, based on the architecture, system requirements and descriptions of the subject of the contract
  • Support for the process of selecting an IT solution provider
  • Development of the methodology for implementing the e-Tax Program based on the following patterns: OGC Managing Successful Programs®, TOGAF®, PRINCE2® and IBM Rational Unified Process® (the so-called Trampoline method)
  • Architectural workshops and training for the main recipient of the works
  • Author’s supervision over the manufactured products
