  • Project management, including the development of management products (methodology based on PRINCE2)
  • The business concept of the solution including, among others: stakeholder analysis, business product definition, solution variants with cost calculations
  • Solution architecture for AS-IS and TO-BE state including use cases, application interoperability logic, data model and implementation
  • Support for work on detailed solution specifications, in particular business process specifications
  • Support for the process of testing and implementing the solution
