Along with the development of our company, we are looking for talented Office Manager for our headquarters in Warsaw. The person in this role orchestrate activities related to the company’s administration: the administration of the Promity office, create and execute internal procedures, will support us in offering processes, as well as HR related matters.

Who we are?

Promity has existed since 2009, founded by two programmers, initially providing IT consulting services. Today, Promity is made up of a team of 60 people: data scientists, developers, project managers, consultants and trainers.

At Promity, we are convinced that maintaining a free structure and unforced natural relationships will allow for the creation of valuable bonds, thanks to which the organization will be primarily a harmonious team of people, and not a set of artificial regulations, rules and procedures.

Your duties, or what will you do as Office Manager?

  • Organize and coordinate the administrative and office matters of the Company
  • Create, evaluate and standardize procedures in the company
  • Supervise corporate documentation, information flow and correspondence
  • Optimize office costs
  • Organize purchasing processes and order office supplies
  • Prepare presentations and translations
  • Organize company events
  • Support us in organizing training courses
  • Plan and carry out Employer Branding activities
  • Organize and support recruitment and employment processes
  • Orchestrate work and supervise the office team as well as cooperate with external partners in the area of human resources and finance.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education (preferred: administration, management, finance, accounting)
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in new technology companies is welcome)
  • Knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations
  • Excellent skills at MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
  • Experience in creating, implementing and evaluating procedures
  • Good skills at HR and payroll software at a level at least enabling the supervision of the HR and financial team
  • Proactive approach, both team and individual work skills, excellent work space organization
  • Communication skills
